Is this a good deal?

I'm currently on T-mobile's U-fix offpeak 15 @ 300 mins and 30 texts discounted to £5.01 per month, instead of £15. Am due to upgrade next month, so had started looking at phones and rethinking my tariff requirements.
Got a call about 30 mins ago from Retentions (I suppose) and, after a conversation interspersed with a few moments of hesitation I've managed to get:
Nokia 6300 should arrive tomorrow morning at my place of work with a £6 delivery charge
Flext 35 tariff for 12 months, instead of 18. The chap tried to push the 18 months but I resisted.
Discount of £10 so I pay £25 per month for 12 months instead of £35 per month.
Free SIM PAYG with £5 credit
7 day cooling off period
We did discuss the Nokia 6070 and the SE K510i. One of these three phones came with £50 charge but I can't remember which one!
I'd been thinking of going for the 3 offer which is cheaper but has less minutes, longer contract period and I'd have to pay extra for texts, etc.
Is this a good offer?
TIA
