Unless my contact inside E2Save towers is misleading me with PR spin or has mistyed his email, they have just published a 1 HOUR ONLY special offer of a Samsung D600 (clearance) handset on O2 200 with 12 months free line rental via their normal T&Cs (i.e. this isn't a pricematch deal where they make you agree to much stricter T&Cs). The only catch I can see is that the "free" line rental is redeemed via cash-back - still a good offer though. You can also order by phone - Tel 0800 049 6049.

I haven't ordered myself - but if you are after a good bargain - it's worth it ! 10 mins to go !

I've had a quick look in their T&C's but couldn't see. If you miss one claim do your forfeit the rest?

No - you only lose that claim.

However, OSPS (their sister company) now runs two separate sets of T&Cs - the ones for their 12 months free "price match" deals are designed to match Phonebox Direct/Cool New Mobile. Effectively they are saying "if you want a 12 months free deal then you will have to follow stricter T&Cs" - not surprising, really.

Anyway...as the previous respondent has pointed out, the deal has now disappeared (as expected) so the point is now a moot one.
