If you would like to sleep well, pay more and visit dealer. I have written review on the website and next day request to be deleted. If the company treat customer friendly then they do not need to be worried about bad review. It should be a complement to yourself.

I have chase for ca delivery and damage on arrival.

Please think twice before buy from this website.

Hi everyone,

Hope you don't mind me jumping on an old thread.... but I have been reading these comments with great interest as I have also this week paid a deposit to BuyaCar and my order is processing. It seems that most people that used them do get a decent car, the communication is lacking at times and the whole thing regarding registered keepers and V5's is all very wishy washy.

In my own case I have been given a number of written assurances, by email and on their website that I will be the first registered keeper and that there will be no previous owners shown on the V5. It is a bit concerning to hear of the issues that people have, so now a few months down the line I'd equally like to know how things have developed.
