Part 18 Request Flight Manufest and Itinerary

Hi!

For my claim I have a copy of the credit card bill for the flight purchase but as it was 5 years ago I have not booking paperwork or boarding cards.

Thomsons defence is asking for proof of travel on the flight.

The flight was also delayed causing a knock on effect delay which Thomson are saying is EC. In their defence they fail to mention where the technical fault happened but I knowmitmwas further back in the itinerary of the aircraft and not at our airport. It arrived in late had a turnaround and then left later.

Is it unreasonable to submit a part 18 request for the flight manifest showing passenger names and also for details of the aircrafts itinerary to pinpoint the geographical location of the technical fault?

If so how do you go around doing this?

No it is not unreasonable, and you can ask for this in you allocation questionnaire.
