Whoops, meant to write UU after that two, went back and wrote it on another post as well what a dunce!
The cap is usually the average bill across board for that company.

Anglian Water £434
Severn Trent £325
South West £549
Southern Water £449
Yorkshire Water £3680 -
Don't forget that you MUST ALSO receive one of the qualifying benefits. So you also need to consider that if you currently receive a qualifying benefit and your entitlement to the qualifying benefit ended you would no longer qualify for the WaterSure scheme regardless of the fact the your 3 children are under 19 years!!0
