As if he hasn't got enough money.

whats that got to do with anything?
a lot of 'pop star' fan clubs charge a lot more and you get a lot less,
I dont see what Robbies bank balance has to do with people being unable to comprehend the simple terms and conditions of joining a club,
  • I was charged this, got the email 2 days before the charge was made, but was out of the country so did not read it until I returned. But I have been charged unfairly. I bought pre-sale tickets (having to join the inner sanctum to do this) around September 2005. I then cancelled my subscription during the year and was told it was not to be renewed, and thus it wasnt last June.

This year it has been renewed, even though I wasn't a member to have it renewed. So I going to demand my money back, or else I will ring up my credit card company and highlight it as a fraudulent payment (which it is). It's rediculous, they cancelled my membership, but still want to renew me. MY billing address had also changed, yet still, the payment was processed. Rediculous, I hardly want to pay to keep up Robbie Williams drug taking addiction!

The poor man has to pay for his espressos somehow.
  • Got a refund minus a £2.50 'administration charge' sometime in the next 30 days. So quick to take your money, but slow in giving it back. Going to make sure my account is deleted and they never have anything to do with me ever again!

Both my husband and myself joined the Robbie williams site to get hold of some tickets for ourselves and friends and I got an email about 3 months ago to say that our memberships were due for renewal. I emailed them to say I did not want to renew them and they said I had to email this other address which I did and they sent both myself and my husband an email to confirm that they would not renew it. Low and behold a few days ago money was taken out of my husbands account for membership. I luckily had to cancel my card and so they could not take any money out of my account. My husband emailed them again and they said he had to send a copy of the confirmation email to them and they would refund the money. We are still waiting. An absolute con. I am a huge Robbie fan but will not be joining the Inner Sanctum again.

I agree with the general feeling that this whole renewal is at best "cheeky" and at worst a rip off.

How long did it take people to get a reply from them - I've been waiting a week now ...

    Robbie williams is useless.

I'd go for free and boo him.
