you will get a second email eventually.
  • I have received confirmation that I have 3x£5 vouchers from Tesco, but cannot complete my registration with Red Spotted Hanky. All information correct but don't have a BOA Passport number. Any way round this so I can register?

    Cheers

Confusing I know but I think you can just leave it blank
  • I have tried leaving it blank but nothing happens - still no joy.

I've got the above emails too and as I have the same e-mail address for both sites, the £5 has still not appeared in my account.

If its anything like past offers it would take a couple of weeks for them to apply them.

i emailed clubcard this morning to query why the vouchers have not appeared and i ordered them on friday.all the reply said was that they had experienced a delay placing orders and they would be in my account shortly.not much help really but grown to expect nothing is straightforward where rsh are involved.:)

Really? Not necessarily worth waiting to book tickets for journey on 1 June then based on past experiences?

Depends how late you leave it. Also depends if the prices are likely to rise soon. Could be in this week on the accounts who knows.
