I did this on the 10th May, my clubcard email is the same as my redspottedhanky account, and it still isn't showing in my account.

I bagged the three vouchers yesterday morning thanks to the heads-up from MSE. The e-mails duly came through from Tesco, but I've never used redspottedhanky before, have followed the link to try and register this morning but it's won't work. I fill out the RSH registration form, hit 'Register' but all it does is scroll back to the start of the same screen with my details still completed. I'm using IE10. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Hi all, can someone tell me where on the RSH site you can tell if they've been applied please?
    Thanks

Just spoken to a very helpful lady at Tesco Clubcard rewards who has informed me that there were some problems due to unprecidented demand. The information has been sent to RSH.

I have rung RSH and they have informed me that they have had a system error which they are hoping to rectify today. It SHOULD be 72 hours from today. The man at RSH sounded so fed up!!

HTH anyone like me waiting to book tickets. Trainline here we come!!

I'm in the same boat as everyone else - going to London Bank Holiday Weekend (to a gig, can't be avoided) and the ticket prices are sky high so this promotion was a great idea.

However now worried that the tickets won't come in time as received the confirmation email Monday but nothing in my account.

As back up I have traded some of my clubcard vouchers in and going to use those as can't use them in combination with the perks - my intention was to buy mine and my OH ticket separately so we could get more money off but doesn't look like its going to be an option now. Just hope my reward vouchers don't take as long to arrive :(

I gave in and booked mine. We are going up 1st June to London and I could afford anymore money. I will take ds for a mummy/son day in summer hols and use them then, shame but it sounds like it was outside of anyone's control.
