I requested 3 (as per the t's&c's) on the 10th May and received confirmation email for all three. However, I've only had one code applied to my RSH account - has anyone else had this?

I requested 3 x £5 credit but only two have been applied.

Just spoke to them and they said they had a system failure and no one will get vouchers until 24th. When I said some people already had vouchers he called me a liar. Awful company.

I'm still waiting for my vouchers 96 hours since confirmation from Tesco (although some people have obviously received them).

Tesco are still offering £10 of Red Spotted Hanky Clubcard Tokens for every £5 Tesco Clubcard Vouchers as 'Exchange & Rewards' on a 72 hour-to-credit basis. I wonder if Tesco realise that their 'partner' is branding Tesco customers as liars?!?! Great for business....

I ordered 2 x perks. Got the emails but nothing still in my RSH account. How long does it take normally? I ordered mine over a week ago. I was meant to be using one tomorrow. Boohoo!

Seconded. It might be worth me mentioning that http://eastcoast.co.uk will be better for many - fees free again, and based on the same backend system as RedSpottedHanky. To earn points you have to spend over £22 in one transaction, 1 point per pound, points can then be redeemed for train tickets, like RSH, or 250 points can be used for a free advance ticket on East Coast (quota-controlled, so more likely off-peak).

For anyone who likes thetrainline's system, use the arriva trains wales or south west trains - same system as the trainline, but no fees.

Yup, I use East Coast too - they have an additional advantage in that their advance purchase tickets for East Coast trains normally have an additional discount (varies but usually around 10%) which you can only get online with them.

I only tend to use RSH when there's an offer like this one, or the Telegraph one from a while back.

That said - although I agree that they appear to have made a right pig's ear of this particular promotion, remember that we're actually getting something for nothing here, so as long as the evouchers appear at some stage, it's still a win! (and I haven't got mine yet either...!).

Yeah both me and my mum only received one each, have messaged them on facebook about it, just to ask if the others will be coming through.

It's free obviously, it doesn't bother me when they come it would be nice to be 'in the know' about whats going on though

Yes, some sort of update from them would have been nice...! I've tweeted them to ask what the current position is - I'll post any reply here too.

Reply from RSH: "People will get their vouchers, there's just a delay getting them allocated. We're really sorry & are working to get it sorted asap"

Quite a few others have tweeted and received similar replies. So looks like they're on the case but it's just taking them time to work through the backlog.

Ordered 3 on the 14th, got 3 confirmation e mails from Tesco, then 3 more "do not reply" ones from them. Got 1 e mail from RSH today, 20th, titled "Your e voucher is now ready". Went to the RSH site and all 3 are there, all valid until November, well pleased.
