The actual perks page seems to be live now with 6 options, including this deal. Previously I could only get this from the link on page 1, but now i can find it on clubcard website.
Options for Perks are

Think I ordered on Saturday and still nothing - going to have to wait a couple of weeks now before I can see my new nephew as ticket prices have gone up again and petrol costs aren't much cheaper either :-(
