Oil Tank Cap

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone knows a good source to get spare components for oil tanks.
I've got a Titan V1300 TT (single skin vertical) and rather bizarrely about a quarter of the inspection cap seems to have disappeared... almost as if it's been chewed away.
Initially I thought someone might be trying to nick the oil, but I haven't noticed any unusual drops and there is no lock on the tank the past few months, so surely they would have just unscrewed it?
I can't think what would have had a go at the cap so insistently like that. Something similar happened to the lid of my food bin, which is a similar plastic, but that's a bit different to the cap of an oil tank!
Anyway, need to make sure I get the right cap to replace it. Anyone got any pointers?

for a replacement have you tried the makers?
as to how/why...rats or simlar vermin?0 -
Rats... lovely! It was either that or squirrels.
Thanks for the pointers. It turns out that I was getting confused by the name of the part. Everywhere was advertising 2" fill hole caps, but I had measured mine and it was clearly 2.5" on the outside of the cap and 2.25" around the thread.
So I bought a super-cheapo cap and luckily it fits. I can only assume that this is one of those occasions where the name is a little bit deceptive. I guess it probably refers to the internal pipe diameter or something - I'm used to screwed-on parts referring to the thread diameter.0
