mine runs out in july can i put notice in in june got to give 30 days or do i have to wait till july thanks

No it doesn't 'run out' at all! You complete your minimum term, that's all.
Check your billing date - if it is (say) 15th July, then give notice of leaving on 14th June, this will start your notice period, and you can leave without penalty on the anniversary of your first bill - whether 18 or 24 months.
If you do nothing, your contract will continue as before.0
