I have just received a message from my hubby....when I went to read it it said in a little flash up box 'this message needs a reply' and his phone also informs him that a text has been delivered ........ can I get mine to do that??? anyone have one and know??? He has a D500 by the way

I don't think you can use your phone to do that, he's probably using a sms application or website to send you a "flash sms" as they are called.

for the delivery report, here is how to enable it (on a d500, not sure if the same on the e900) main menu > messages > short messages > settings > check the delivery report box
