Innocent Juices 900ml not showing A m'buy on MSM - it looks like it's an M'buy glitch day!!:j:j (This fact has been getting through to me since I've come on here this afternoon, although I picked it up from you a bit impliedly rather than direct. I am taking note - can someone tell me directly whether it is or isn't - I'm completing the M list but also with an eye on what to buy on m'buy if I'm going vs M.)

Innocents (assuming the multibuys are off) seem best vs Sains where they are on 2 for 1.

I know that there was a problem last night with the website but just to say I have printed 4 lots successfully today no problems (in my head I thought first coupon expired 31st May duh). So if you tried last night without success or delayed til today - its OK.

Just to echo earlier advice - save some of first coupon for June/July - as second coupon for set flavours which don't feature Mozzerella or special options (which my kids prefer). HTH

I would go back into the showroom, and speak to either the sales peson you dealt with or the sales manager (dont waste your time on receptionists/ juniors). Explain you havent received what you paid for and agreed and state very clearly that you wish to have what was agreed. If they start to be difficult start getting louder and ensure that any prospective buyers hear the discussion, they will not want any propsective sales thiking theyre a load of sharks

You have spent thousands of pounds on something and so it is important. I would suggest also that time is of the essence. The longer you leave, the less it will seem like a serious issue. If you cant get to the showroom today. Ring, go through your issue, if you feel youre being ignored (as they will think its easier to bat you off on the phone), state you're not happy, and that you will come into the showroom to discuss (ensure you note down date/ time of call, and who you spoke to).
