Right you lot - I'm due an upgrade and have procrastinated for ages.

Been with Voda 10 years but tempted away now with the massive £150 cashback for 12 month sim plans and get £20 a month for unlimited the lot basically.

I already have an S3 so don't need a phone.

OR do I get the S4? Argh - I'm so torn - what do I do people?!

have you tried giving vodafone a call to tell them that you are thinking of leaving them to go with another network for a better deal, they usually come up with some amazing deals to keep your custom.

saying this, my own contract is up for renewal at the end of this month.
both myself and DH took out the quidco deal with t mobile 2 years ago where we got shed loads of cashback and a samson galaxy apollo phone with 100 minutes, unlimited text and xxx internet for only £5.xx per month for the first year and £10.xx for the second year.
I know i am not going to get another deal like what i have just had, but can anyone point me in the right direction of a decent deal at the minute.
We do desperately need a new phone but ideally dont want to pay over £15 per month, not too bothered about the minutes or internet but need unlimited texts too.
    any help appreciated.
    TIA

Hmm. I shall have to do some digging on this one then AAu. Thanks though. EDIT, Ok then. Well, was worth a throught.

He clearly let me off. Then he goes and books me in my absence. I drove away feeling really good that day, thinking, phew, that was close. What a nice traffic warden? Then he either changes his mind or maybe he'd realised he'd gone too far ahead, in the booking process on his machine thingy.

    Morning all,

    For ALL LEGAL facts regarding motoring offences and to seek help with regard to any issue of this nature I'd suggest a look at ;

    http://www.pepipoo.com/

The people here are amazing, some are legal representatives and know ALL the ins and outs of what can/can't be done and all the technicalities of the law and whether your ticket was administered strictly within the rules/law.

I speak from personal experience. They know what they're doing :)

A good reminder to all. NEVER EVER pay a ticket which has been issued on private land, private car park, supermarket car park (when wombling) etc and is issued by a Private Parking Company (PPC) who issue Parking Charge Notices (PCN's) . These are not legally enforceable, however those issued by local authorities are and on land owned by LA's are.

In my area they always take a photo of the ticket in place and the car so that there is no dispute. I thought this was standard practice to make it enforceable. Even with this sort of evidence we challenged the one and only ticket we have ever had and won.

Morning Dotty, no it was some girly game online, dressing up or pet type thing from memory. All very colourful to attract young eyes. Too long ago to remeber exact details. But I do remember it was a join up charge then not sure whether weekly/daily charge. Just 2 big payments one day and credit wiped. :(

I finally jumped on board the RSH gravy train (see what I did there? :D)

Can anyone tell me where on the RSH site I should be looking for the 3x£5 credits from Ts CC perks? I know there are no codes to enter and that they are automatically added "within 72 hours", just want to be sure i'm looking in the right place so that i see them when they come in

I thought there might have been a bit that said "account balance £0" but don't see anything

    TIA

I ordered mine a few days ago and they havent appeared in my RSH account although i've had confirmation e mails from T's.
