But using both gives you better ammunition with Ts. Ie go to the RF first and they'll tell you what you should have had in points. Then go to your CC a/c and see what was actually awarded. Then phone up CS and ask for the missing points to be applied, you can be quite accurate & insistent as TRF keeps excellent records.
