Apologies for going AWOL Not been able to keep up lately but noticed a few people asking after me today so thought I'd better post.

Been a bit under the weather again. Just a cold but has brought back the cough and breathlessness Added to stressing about the coming week I've been exhausted. Despite my intentions I've been falling asleep most nights by 8.30 with the laptop on my knees. Not been very good company anyway tbh

Scan tomorrow :eek: Not too far away this time, about 50 miles. Addenbrookes full so heading to bubbs' patch (IIRC). If i'm feeling up to it hope to have a little pop to Ikea down the motorway afterwards Not been there for years

Hope you're all ok :A Am way behind and no hope of catching up as 8.15am appt means an early start tomorrow.

Bear in mind - if you/we're going A vs T - on 1 Solero pack and 1 Nestle Cones pack that the Nestle Cones are £1.24 in T, so you're currently losing £1.50 minus ten per cent lower than £1.24 by them not appearing on the APG. That needs to be weighed in vs using the Cones as a trigger in order to take the price of both the two products to, in effect, £1.50 each - and then the refund from full price on Solero (or the Cornetto if you prefer) to ten per cent off T's price.

Also, a comp vs T using 1 Solero and 1 Nestle Cones is certainly safer, to cater for the event of the Nestle Cones suddenly reappearing on the APG. Whilst the Nestle Cones are £1.24 in T, they are much more expensive in M. (That said, my last shop that used this trigger, was one lollies pack that was cheapest at M and one Nestle Smarties Cones - and it worked! No Smarties Cones on the APG - even though they should have compared to a more expensive price!)

[There's not just ice lollies/ice creams in the 2 for £3 offer but some frozen Veg too - some of which is £2 in A and £1 elsewhere. Do not, whatever you do, buy one of the frozen veg products, one of the lollies and the Nestle trigger, as then you'll get the multibuy appearing on the APG on the frozen veg and the non-trigger lollies. And you'll have paid full price on the Nestle Cones and got no APG refund on them.]
