Meal plan starting Saturday for me

http://www.walkthewalk.org/Home
Sunday - Spag Bol and garlic bread. Wanted something easy as will be sleeping most of the day as don't reckon I will get home till about 11 in the morning. Plus DD can cook this if need be.
Monday - Jambalaya
Tuesday - Chicken Chow Mein
Wednesday - Chicken and Bacon Pasta (more bacon than chicken as have quite a bit to use up)
Thursday - Slow Cooked beef in Baguettes
Friday - Duck in a Sweet Chilli Sauce and Rice
Breakfasts will be porridge, cereals, cereal bars, fruit
Lunches will be soup, wraps, sandwiches and left overs
Looking forward to seeing everyones meal plans and hope everyone has a good week

Thank you Tealady for starting off next week's menu plans. You've made me sort out mine now.

Sun lunch - LO Gigantes Plaki with jacket potato

Mon Mushroom Chasseur - another recipe from Jack's website
Tues HM Sweet & Sour pork - using up leftover roast pork
Wed LO Mushroom Chasseur
Thurs Sausages, chips & beans
Fri HM Fish Pie with veg - not sure what yet will decide when I go shopping
Breakfasts will be either toast, porridge, cereal or omlette for me as I'm at home). DH usually has toast before he leaves for work.
Lunches will usually be salads, something on toast or small jacket pot with beans. DH usually takes sandwiches, yoghurts & fruit.
Looking at that I have to say I'm glad I can have whatever I fancy now that I've retired rather than just boring packed lunches:D
