The name came from the idea of pureeing dandelion petals to a lovely yellow sunburst ;) Then adding it to my current usual cake mixture: 300g self raising flour, roughly blitzed 100g sultanas and raisins to chop most and puree some, 150ml mild veg oil, 150ml soya milk (the stuff sweetened with apple juice), and then the puree. Smooth out in a large lined rectangular baking tin and bake at 180C for about 30 minutes. When cooled cut into around 32 little stubby finger slices :)
Love and compassion to all x
