Ovivo - excellent customer service!

Want to say a BIG "thank you" to Ovivo for great customer service.
Why?
Topped-up DD's 'phone yesterday and filled in form for a price plan.
£9/month for extra texts, minutes & internet.
THEN .... got a phone call from Ovivo (after them speaking to confused DD :o) to say, more or less, ...... "we'll put your request for a price plan on hold because there are offers out tomorrow that will save you money". ! . !
SO - requested price plan today for £7-50 (not £9) and got extra internet allowance too! :j
Amazed!
I honestly cannot think of any other provider ( not just of mobile comm's) that would do that.
So - a big "Thank You" to Ovivo from me. :A:A

BTW - switched to Ovivo from Giffgaff almost a year ago now, after suffering too many problems with Giffgaff.
5 in family, all now on Ovivo and so far no "outages"; no reception problems; no missed/delayed calls or texts; if I need to, I know I can talk to a real PERSON who will know what they are talking about if I need help ... etc. etc.
But the "biggie" is - for OUR circumstances and usage - that our combined monthly cost of using a mobile 'phone has gone DOWN by over £20!!!! :D
And that inludes us all - well, exept mum - having newer 'phones and using more internet.
:money:

Can you tell me whether the Ads. get annoying or not?
If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button! ;)

so far no ads but this is changing in may, so not sure how they will be. But for value especially now they have reduced prices and added loyalty and incresed allowances they really are back to being very competative. To be honest the ads are not so much of a problem as we get them everywhere.

    Im very happy with them.

    As above re: advertising.
You can click off the ads after a few seconds, so not too intrusive and certainly better then many websites!

I moved from Giffgaff to Ovivo after network issues and when there was problem you have to go online to a forum to request help... fair enough but most people reply with rubbish just to get 'points' for credit.

I couldn't get data connection on my phone, ovivo phoned me back, gave me the data settings and the guy had a good natter to me.

Very impressed with the service and the deal is obviously fantastic!
