Not if everyone is taking advantage of their 3% cashback and repaying in full 0 0

I have been having a lot of troubles with Aqua Website. The worst since the website went off for over a month last year (July I think) I too, had up to about ten days ago, trouble as IT WAS TIMING OUT, but for over a week I HAVE been able to get past user name/password etc but if I click on anything when in- it goes to a failure notice. Therefore I cannot use the website .
The website and facilities from Aqua have always been bad They don't even ever give you a payment acknowledgement, as all other companies do. Now it seems to have come to a full stop.
I have spoken to Aqua on several long phone calls They usually deny any issues- but then blame it in another company who host the web. Surely this cannot be right or be a trading standard issue.0

Just looked into this and the url for the login is partnerandaffinitycards.co.uk the same url the aa card uses, so it would suggest their are several companies using the same online account which could explain why it runs slow in peak times.0
