Aqua card site running slow?

Has anyone else come across the Aqua card site running extremely slowly?

For the last week or so it has taken me around 15 mins before logging me in and on logging out it took so long that my session 'timed out' first.

Just wondering if this is a general issue or something to do with my account/computer.

There was a thread on this somewhere, the site has been diabolical for the last week or so*. I wasn't able to get on it at all, until this morning, since the weekend.

(*not that it's ever been particularly good)

Yup, same for me this week - at their interest rates you would think they would be able to afford a speedy site....

Thanks - i'm not that impressed with the site at the best of times. They even sent me a text today reminding me that my payment is due on the 13th, even though I paid the balance of the last statement in full 1 week ago.

Still, for the 3% cashback I will put up with it....

Indeed, and with their horrendous credit limits, I constantly have to keep checking it to ensure I'm within said limit to avoid losing the cashback, even with multiple faster payments each month to them.

The cynic in me thinks they may be doing this on purpose for that exact reason :mad: probably not, but still!

Sigh. Back to counting up my receipts at the end of every day and keeping a piece of paper with the tally wrapped around the card, all to work out how much of the limit I have left...
