New Nokia Lumia 920 never worked but Nokia say its my fault!!
Hi,
I posted a while ago about a problem I was having with my brand new Nokia Lumia 920. I won it in a competition but from the outset I was never able to use it because every SIM card I put in came with the error message 'SIM card not recognised'. I took the 920 to a Nokia approved repairer and they sent it to Nokia who have now returned it as saying it's my fault and I've done something to the phone.
The phone was brand new and it's one of the types that doesn't open apart from the SIM tray which you open with a pin type thingy so how could I have done anything?
What can I do? Any advice gratefully received. Thank you!

If you have a look about on the windows phone central forum, it has a category for the lumia 920 and appears as though it isn't limited to just you.0
