I'm surprised more people aren't talking about how these three providers are all beginning to make their websites confusing.
I'm usually have a logical brain but it seems pretty obvious to me that they have seperately package their bundles . Normally this would be ok but it just feels designed to make you add more than you want.
The faact every bundle also requires you to have a phone line rental included is also a farce.
I don't want a phone line. In this day and age the only people who try and contact me by landline are cold callers. No thanks .
But if I want BB I have to pay for the phone line too.

I'd say if you want a "bundle" then you have to accept that this includes landline rental. If you only want broadband and television then you don't want a bundle.
It's perfectly possible to subscribe to any services individually, but obviously you won't get a "bundle" discount in such cases. It's been that way for decades now.
I can't see any (recent) changes to the Virgin or Sky sites which makes them any more confusing. I'm not a BT customer, so I can't comment about their site.0 -
Have a BT busiess account with them and I'm sure quite often the depeartments we talk to and get calls from aren't even sure what they are selling at what price.
In fact last year I was given three diffrent prices for the same service over three different phonecalls.0 -
I think Sky's site is quite clear and simple, obviously whether you agree with the pricing is another matter
I also found Plusnet's site very clear and easy to use0
