Can I sue Halifax bank?
Comments
-
You complain to the bank.
They have 8 weeks to resolve your complaint. If you are not satisfied you can then raise the complain to the FOS.
That is the official route.
Just to be accurate, the FOS route is an alternative to court action. It is not instead of or in any way 'official'. In some instances, going to Court can be much speedier and more effective than FOS.
In the OP's case - I'm not entirely sure what the problem is and I doubt either the FOS or Court would be particularly interested.0 -
just get your post sent on via royal mail for 3 months like most people do when they move....and see if they have changed your deteils over or not but least you will not miss them to start with:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:0

Not sure how asking me a question would help me. I asked you a question in the first place!0 -

I am assuming you mean that it's not a strong case to sue. Is that what you mean indirectly?0 -
