This does indeed sound like an amazing deal, by far and away the best available for the iphone 5, which does really need an unlimited data package to get the best from the phone. However, me, my partner, my brother and my dad have ALL just tried to get it and all of us have been turned down. Did you go for it? Did anyone else? Also, worth noting that Dialaphone have a very bad rep for paying cashback.
