Talk Mobile repair -refund loss service

My Talk Mobile contract Smart phone phone has gone for repair and they have given me a standby phone which is rather basic .However, the phone they give does not have internet/3G access - and this is part of my data plan which i am paying for
So should they be refunding me for loss of the internet service as repairs take at least a week ?
Should they be providing me with a phone with internet /3G access?
Not demanding , just trying to clarify it legally

No. Legally they have to repair or replace it within reasonable time and without causing you significant inconvenience. Generally, they have no obligations to give you any loan handset unless the time gets unreasonably long.
Re refunding some charges, it is worth asking.
