How to get through to virgin

Is there a number I can ring from my mobile to speak to them? They have cut off my service, and I can't get through on 789 to them - the number disconnects each time it tells me, hold on, one of our agents will be in touch.

I'm losing business through inability to operate my phone, due to their scandalous service, rip off contracts and disguised cost structures. To rub it in, I now can't even ring them.

It's a mystery why you are with them if their contracts are 'rip off'.
