Mobile Phone insurance for k810i

Does anybody know a good firm offering a decent mobile phone insurance which includes worldwide cover, I looked at o2 from whom I bought the handset, but they want to charge 7.50 per month which I think is excessive and lock me into a 12 month contract at the same time.

What is everybody else using?
