Hi,
I have just been to Pitch Tv website only to find that they have gone into administration. I order some item on express delivery 3 weeks ago and still waiting for them to delivery it. Payment has been taking from my account but item has not reach me yet.
I have tried to contact them but they are not responding to either emails on phone.
Does anybody have an information on how I can get my money back? I paid with my visa debit card.

Contact the administrator to register your claim (though probably futile as an unsecured creditor). And then ask your card provider to do a chargeback.
