Yes please! That would brighten up my day! I've had a row with the Education Welfare Officer, broken down in Tears at my G.P's, and yesterday I wrapped my car round a metal pol in Somerfield carpark. (Causing a LOT of damage):starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
Crikey savage..you don't do things by halves do you! Hope you're Ok by the way.0

I am OK, just having a truly pants week. The reason I had rushed into Somerfield was I got my period. I mean really got it GRRRR (sorry tmi) but how annoying is that!!!
My OH says just be greatful no one else was involved! But seriously my car (that the OR just let me keep!!) Has just seriously de-valued!!!!! Ah well it could be worse... the welfare Office could be threatening me with court...Ooops they are! Silly me. Never rains but it pours!:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -

Thanks lovely people!! It is still all a lot better than a couple of months ago when we were thousands overdrawn with a huge (by our standards) loan to pay off and no money!:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0

I agree that how you present your case may make a difference. On another forum (start at post reply #55) someone put on their SOA £108pm for sundry items which they described as to cover "leisure, cigarettes, unexpected/unknown costs like parking meters/tickets etc" The OR gave them an IPA for £70 & when they contested it, the OR said that they were not considered necessary expenditures. They lost their appeal against the IPA. Had they broken down that amount, they might well have been able to hide those possible expenses in other costs.savagevixen wrote: »....I also think the presentation is the key. We are all allowed a few 'little luxuries' but I think BARTs lists them better.
