How can we get through to a UK t Mobile customer service

Hi when my wife has a problem with her T-mobile phone and has found that when she rings up and gets a UK person she gets promised different resolutions to the problem to what she is offered when she finds out she is speaking to a American sounding person in Thialand I think it is, so she wants to insure she gets hold of some one in the UK.

It is very frustrating. 150 seems to be pot luck and mostly abroad, in fact always abroad lately.

Is there a way, ie phoning a certain number or at a certain time?

Any help appreciated.

    Its a waste of time!

I complained four weeks ago about what I considered to be a £30 overcharge on texts whilst I was abroad in March.

I was promised a reply in a week but had not heard anything so I rang 150 last night.

As has been mentioned before, T-mobile use an overseas call centre, which, whilst they can speak English better thsn an Asian call centre, they have little idea about courtesy to customers!

The woman I spoke to was totally offhand and told me that a text was sent to one of my other numbers,(I have three accounts) This is untrue, I have checked.

I told her I intended to leave, and she asked me if there was anything else she could help with?!!!

I rang again tonight and was given an English e-mail, which replied to say they can't answer any correspondence for the moment.

    What a shower!

Thanks for that but anybody else got any clues, I'm sure there was a way in the past, I think we had to phone before 9.30am at one time?

I mean there must be some UK based staff so there must be a way to get them.

I have heard that if you ring 150 then select the option to leave, then you might get through to a UK centre. There was talk at one time that T-Mobile were moving all their customer services to Philippines.

Your other option is to try and email them, but again it's not easy. There is no official email address but you could always try the person in charge of this side Jackie O'Leary - jackie.o'leary@ee.co.uk

    Good luck
