Bull stock brokers do exist because I read lots of reports in papers and investment articals quoting them and calling them bulls and being bullish.

If your shares are not going up then you're not buying enough of them. Buy sufficient and the price will increase.

I recommend you tie your own bootstraps and educate yourself about investing. Go to a major book store and browse through the investing section. The "Dummies" series has some basic books with which to start.
