Recomend a good stock broker

Can someone recomend a good stock broker that makes the share price go up after buying the shares please. I know what shares I want now (if I had got them last year I would have made a lot of money now so I know they are good) but I have not used a stock broker and want a bull broker not a bear one.

Are you asking for someone who will illegally manipulate the market for you to make money? Just to be absolutely clear, stock brokers don't make the prices go up, and market manipulation would be a criminal offence if they were caught.

If you're after a broker who only ever picks winners, then best of luck, but they simply don't exist.

I am not asking for any thing illegal!!! I want a normal bull stock broker. (Bulls make the shares go up and bears make them go down). It is not illegal.

Bull stock brokers do exist because I read lots of reports in papers and investment articals quoting them and calling them bulls and being bullish.

I think you are looking for a financial advisor or some investment service.

Bulls are those who think that prices of certain assets, shares, sectors or market will increase and therefore position their portfolios accordingly.

Bears are those who think the opposite and therefore do the opposite.

Mathematically speaking, equity bulls are right more often than bears, but neither is right all the time. They are also only able to predict and position and not to directly influence what actually happens.

Additionally, just because the price of something has increased doesn't mean that it represents value at the current price. You can only make a judgement on that using factors that go way beyond the current price.

Bullish brokers don't make the shares go up, they just believe the shares or markets are likely to go up. Bearish ones think those shares or markets are likely to go down. The idea is that each broker analyses a given stock and comes up with what they believe to be justification for their predictions.

As such, a bullish broker is one which believes that certain stocks or the market as a whole are likely to increase and will position a portfolio to take advantage of any such increases.

I think jabba42 is correct, it looks like you're after a discretionary investment manager or a financial adviser, as either will be able to construct a portfolio of investments for you.

It's called "giving people the benefit of the doubt" and it's what we tend to do with new people.

If that means you sometimes fall victim to a troll, then it's a price worth paying IMO.
