I hadn't had one in ages so emailed to ask why and basically got told I had been taken off the panel now after 7 year's of being with them. They apparently like to refresh their target audience..charming! Emailed back saying well would of been nice to be told in the first place, not just sit here wondering what I had done wrong to upset themWin's of 2014 so far-Maxfactor mascara, £50 Pizza Express Voucher, Dr Oetker Pizza, Nuby sippy cup :j:beer:0 -

Just email them and let them know you'd like to switch to paypal. I did that after they stopped the LV's! Takes a few days, but then you're all set.I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum
Cos how can you be gloomy, when the sun shines out your bum?0 -

I emailed them and asked if they had stopped lv's as I had heard a rumour and they said no, so I asked them if I could stay on lv and they said yes no problem ??I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Just found the email I received back in May about the change in payout:

Dear Panelist,
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new incentive plan to provide additional flexibility for your payment redemption. Soon you will start receiving points for each survey you complete. The points can be redeemed for a voucher, PayPal, or for items from our website. The value of the points will be equivalent to what you currently receive in vouchers. If you are currently paid through PayPal you can continue to do so through this payment option.
You may still receive vouchers with the minimum cash out of £10. If you receive PayPal payments, then you may cash out immediately to receive your normal incentive. If you are not signed up for PayPal cash outs and would like to be switched, then please email scott@PineConeresearch.co.uk. You can also accumulate your points over a period of time and redeem them for a larger prize at a later time!
We are happy to be able to add options to your rewards experience. You will receive an email confirmation in the near future to confirm when the transition is complete.
Thank you for your continued interest in our panel and we look forward to being able to include you in future surveys.
Have a great day!

Thanks for this.
I've not had any surveys for months so I've just emailed them to ask why. Bet I've been removed too.
May I ask if they paid you £4 per survey rather than £3?
I was on £4 so I wonder if that is why they no longer want us...Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Greetings PineCone Research Panel Member,
PineCone Research now makes receiving your compensation easier than ever before. Those who have a PayPal account can now have their PineCone Research payments sent directly to this account.
More than 40% of our panel members have already made the switch to PayPal and you can too.
If you’re happy with your current payment method and would like to stick with it, that’s great! Feel free to disregard this email. No response is required.
If you would like to switch to PayPal as your method of payment, please follow the instructions below:
Using the member login area on the PineCone Research web site, update your personal profile with your PayPal account email address. By entering your PayPal email address, you are indicating your preference for PayPal payments. ** Please be sure to SAVE your changes. **
I’ve included your ID number and password below for your convenience.

If you don’t have a PayPal account but would like to set one up, go to https://www.paypal.co.uk and click on the "Sign Up Now" link and be sure to complete all registration requirements, including confirmation of your PayPal account email address. For further assistance with questions pertaining to the PayPal service or navigation of the site, please contact PayPal directly through their PayPal FAQ link or PayPal Customer Service Center.
It’s important to note that PineCone Research is unable to setup your account for you. You must personally signup with PayPal before we can switch your payment method on our end.
All requests to switch to the Pay Pal payment system will be processed within a day or two of receipt and a confirmation of the change sent via email. Until the transition is complete, your payment type in your personal profile will display as “ACCOR.” Payments for product evaluation surveys completed prior to or during the transition will be made via voucher.
Thank you for your continued interest in the PineCone Research panel.
