    No?

    Did you click the link?

It's £25pm and you pay £99 upfront for the phone.

Turns out you missed the deal anyway. It was 1000 mins yesterday but now the deal has changed to 500 minutes. Still a good deal.

There are potential savings of around £100 ~ £200 over 2 years on a contract iPhone 5, compared to outright purchase and a 30 day contract SIM, however as the market is very volatile at the moment locking yourself into a 2 year deal is a gamble.

The Carphone Warehouse outright purchase is £30 cheaper than buying directly from Apple and it's been suggested on here (sorry don't have the link to the thread) that you are network locked to the first SIM you use in one from CW...

My other half and myself both have iPhone 5s bought outright and used on 30 day rolling "SIM only" contracts with Three on their One Plan...

The current iPhone 5 may not work on some of the newly announced 4G frequency allocations, although I don't believe it's an issue with the Three frequencies on 4G as things stand at the moment. I've had around 13 Gb/s on Three's 3G at quiet times of the night.
