Save £5.00 Per Month on Sky HD

If you pay for the "Entertainment package" (all channels except sports/movies) and find you shell out an extra £10.25 for HD channels then you are going to love this!!

All you have to do to retain the same channels and save a fiver per month is call SKY and ask to cancel the HD pack and upgrade to "Entertainment Extra Plus" - this is a new package that automatically bundles in the HD pack and it comes in at £5 less per month.

A bit cheeky that SKY don't automatically do this for loyal customers.

ENJOY!!

  • Beware, you do lose the F1 channel so if you are a F1 fan then don't do this

As above, if you enjoy Sky Sports F1 don't do it. From now on its only available as part of the Sports pack.

I'd had HD in the past for 12 months, but was told that if I upgraded to EE+ I'd be re-entering a 12 month contract (in other words, couldn't downgrade/cancel with 31 days notice like other tv packs).

So, if you don't want to risk being locked in to a 12 month contract, I'd advise anybody considering this pack to question its terms & conditions before proceeding.
