I can give you a number for an Indian call centre that might be able to help with your problem ..... (bad joke)

Have a look at this thread, same issue as you have described:

It seems that the best solution is to touch up the affected area using uPVC paint and some creativity.

Are they uPVC or aluminium covered in uPPVC?One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0 -
I dunno they were fitted about 20 years ago by BAC but that is probably no help, in those days I was using MVS and VM on IBM mainframes and Unix on various platforms I didn't have time to look through the windowsAre they uPVC or aluminium covered in uPPVC?
I guess that some of it is aluminium eg the space between the panes. Was hoping there may be a laminate type material that could be cut to fit and glued (that's how it seems from the outside) 4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Back then a lot of windows were metal covered, in your case, with a wood grain vinyl.
A bit like the good old Blue Peter stick backed plastic! One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0
