Three Or O2 In Northern Ireland (Newry/Warrenpoint)

I'm currently with Orange. It's fine around Belfast but up in Newry/Warrenpoint at my in-laws or anywhere remote it seems to drop off badly. Has anyone experience with Three or O2 in Northern Ireland? O2 seem to have a good reputation but Three have all you can eat data which would be great if they have the coverage to back it up?
Any opinions would be great.
Cheers.

If you want to test coverage, get a cheap or free SIM card from south of the border and see which networks it logs on to in the north. Also do manual network searches to force it to log on to a particular network and then look at the signal strength.
In order to eliminate biased results, you might need to remove any UK preferred networks from an Irish SIM card, but only some phones have this functionality. For example, an Irish O2 SIM card will have all non-Irish O2 networks as preferred networks, which means that when roaming, a phone will log on to an O2 network in preference to other networks in a particular country. For testing, you want the phone to log on to the strongest or most consistent network, not the network which is most commercially favourable to the SIM card issuer.0 -
I have only moved to Newry and was on o2. I found the 3g signal wasn't great at the house or on the north side of newry. I have since moved to 3 and can't fault the phone signal or the 3g either0
