To be honest I cant really see it being a mistake... It seems far too unlikely that Orange just happened to track usage and incorrectly input numbers to a sex line on your itemised usage.
Their offer to credit the costs is pretty generous and likely to be a result of your clear distress given the circumstances... It does appear a very awkward subject for a customer service advisor to discuss with yourself (both strangers to eachother).
It is in some ways normal for this to happen... Everyone has their quirks and a marriage of that many years is clearly stronger. I obviously cant say he did it 100% but even if he did it seems far better than alternatives he could have chosen.0
