Concealed, or sealed? A concealed thread can still be got at with penetrating oil. If it's sealed from the environment with (for example) an O-ring, then it is hard to see how it could have become corroded. Plus-Gas will get places that water cannot.
Any suggestions that I make are strictly DIY, and none seem to be appropriate for you. If you are determined that nothing you can do will work on it, then I suggest you take it to a garage and ask them to remove it. They will have a lot of experience with seized fasteners and components.
This is what the mechanic at the garage told me.
Regardless, they are going to try and remove it for me today anyway.
