Tried to buy this when it was recommended on HUKD website. Still having same problem, get to bank details page, but it keeps asking me to check the bank branch I have given.....the trouble is that it has nowhere to put the branch name!! HELP!!!

Possible £35 back from Quidco and £15 chequeback direct from CPW, meaning a net saving of £14 before using it!
Then of course there's eBay...

I ordered on Monday and my order hasn't been processed yet.
CPW are pants - they offer free next day delivery, but don't process the order - hardly next day.

And you could do a trade in and get £10 for old phone, £5 for charger and £5 for a manual. But you have to chase them for a trade in envelope to send it to them.

Phoned them, they have no record of my order despite me having a transaction number. Told me to re-order, have done but price has increased by £1 per month. Not a disaster but not the point. I feel a stroppy email coming on....

Update - I've re-ordered and just received this:

Unfortunately, there has been a system error relating to your order. Although you would have received a confirmation email from us the details from that order have not been loaded onto our system - please re-order via our sales team on 0800 0491 212 as this will happen again if ordered via the web-site.

So, that's the £35 Quidco gone, and the £15 for ordering online AND the price has gone up by £12....
No longer a good deal for me, sorry.

Did anyone else get this contract deal? I got it at the £2.99 a month with cash back deals of £108.04 at months 4, 8 and 12.

The cheque back claim dates and amounts arnt printed on my invoice so ive asked them to send me a new one. Has anyone else had this problem? The details have changed on the web to £3.99 for the month of may also so theres no record of the £2.99 deal.

Its my first contract with CPW so im not sure how well the chequebacks are going to go?
