Not everything has to be written in the JSAg in order for it to be valid. Any reasonable instruction by the adviser must be adhered to. This instruction would only be unreasonable if the OP did not have access to IT facilities, which is clearly not the case here.

Your advice is liable to get the OP sanctioned, and given their ongoing problems with the JCP, that is likely to be for a long time.

I think I will fill my 'Activity History'....since it is wiser.

    Thanks and regards.

Just for information, since a week when I apply to job on Universal Jobmatch they do not appear in my 'Application History'.

Did you apply via the apply button or email a C.V?
If it is the later it will not appear in your history you manually type in sent C.V. to job ID no.......

what i don't understand why you won't let the JC access your UJM page?...they need the evidence themselves to justify that you are conforming to you JC agreement, as JC's are coming to an end, hence the now MANDATORY UJM system...the government is cutting costs everywhere and the number of JC's we have are to be drastically reduced...it won't be long before we sign-in via a virtual JC...then who do you give your screen shots and printouts to??

Very nice, tens of thousands of jobs will be lost at the DWP, and millions of peoples lives will be ruled by a computer program, and you think that is a good idea!

    Well I don't.

Untick the consent box and you wont have these problems.

    You know it makes sense.

Read the thread properly. What you posted doesn't make sense.

Obviously you don't understand or you wouldn't ask such a stupid question.

UJM is NOT mandatory. If you think it is please try and prove it. I won't hold my breath waiting to see the evidence - there isn't any ;)

It is mandatory from march that jobseekers register and use UJ as part of their jobsearch.

It is not mandatory that you give JCP access to view your account.

It really makes to difference to JCP as long as you can provide evidence of your job search or proof you have applied to any matched vacancies. This can be screen prints or e-mails.

more like can be require against 'mandatory to sign up and use it'

I use it but I have no account and apply for jobs on it

The JC have never even mentioned the UJM to me nor has the WP

Nor does my agreement say I agree to getting an account on the site
