Is there anywhere else you can go to prove the length of your delay? I've got a print off for flight sats but now Thomas cook are telling me they are not correct time?
I've also got some screen grabs off the Internet from plane spotters who have logged our plane.
Thomas cook are saying we were delayed only 2.5 hours however it was nearly 5 hours.
Any help would be great flight was Thomas cook tcx2559 was supposed to be 18th oct at 22.00 but didn't go till after 2am 19th oct 2012
Thank you

Thank you very much, I do also have a screen grab regarding the flight going out, I've gone back to Thomas cook a few times even spoken to Paul who is the head and he will not back down stating it was only 2.5 hours late I've even asked him if he has forgot about the time difference lol.
Suppose it's in the hands of the CAA now just have to wait for them, I've emailed the legal team at Thomas cookto ask the, to have a look but I've not hear a thing from them.0 -
I've had similar issues with FlyBe. Though they're insisting that the flight left on time and the flightstats website is wrong.
This would be all well and good, if I didn't remember sitting in Manchester airport for 5 hours bored out of my mind with no idea when I was ever going to get on the flight!0 -

How long ago was it?
Flybe's website has stats going back to Feb 13 showing actual time of departure and actual time of arrival
