Given the current simply-fone situation I am looking for the cheapest one year deal on any of these networks.

Best I have found so far is O2 £30 pm with £215 cash back with no handset and possibility to downgrade to £15pm after 6 months giving annual cost of £55 - can anyone do better?
I think....

https://www.talksmart.co.uk are running some good cashback deals.Remember if you are asked to send any bills always send them recorded delivery and visit https://www.royalmail.com to check that it was delivered.A self employed package with Tmobile may give you more free minutes. Before buying check if you can get extra cashback through https://www.greasypalm.co.uk or https://www.bighair.co.uk etc
