    It's happened to me in the past & as long as your solicitor is aware of the new purchase price you have nothing to worry about.

    I think it's obviously the kind of typo that it's very easy for an ea to make, so I wouldn't get myself stressed out thinking they had a trick their sleeve.
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
