Npower final bill confusion

    I don't know anyone that can make heads or tails of npower bills.
    I have just had 4 together ranging from 700 credit to owing 150 all in same envelope, I'm sure they just make it up as they go along to cover their fraudulent activity, even when I supply a reading I get an estimated bill!?

    All the complaints fror many many months about n - power and the latest complaints table, Why are they not being dealt with. They should have sanctions imposed by the ombudsman, The main one no more new customer until you get your house in order.
