Family member charged for texts from dating line

Hi everyone. I am starting this thread because my brother has been receiving texts from a site called "Up For It", which I know is a dating site. He says he didn't sign up for it and has no idea where they got my dad's details from. My brother was using my mum's phone and my dad was paying for it.
The thing is that these messages have caused my dad to receive a bill for £68. Three family members including myself are with Talk Mobile. We have the exact same phone. Anyway, the price plan is £7.50 a month and my dad was charged £60 for these unwanted and unsolicited messages.
As you can imagine, any help anyone can offer me would be great. My father is stuck with a bill that he didn't know anything about.

It's been a long time since I started this thread. I thank the person who replied. Unfortunately I was wrong. My brother had given his consent to receive these messages. So, I have to apologise for misleading people about the company known as Up For It.0
