Help trying to change from vodafone to orange
Hello all, i have got my son's cast off nokia lumia 800 mobile which was originally on vodafone. I have an orange sim card that i have popped in and have restored the lumia back to factory settings but i cannot access the net on ee or orange or anything so cannot access the net at all.. i am able to send and receive calls and messages but cannot get on the net and i am stumped....
I have all my contacts on my old sony phone but they are now on my computer as i have tried to move them via bluetooth but bluetooth seems to not want to work either.. i have spent a v frustrating few hours this lovely day to get absolutely nowhere
and now i have a lovely shiny windows phone but cannot use it properly.. help ..... :j

Get the Orange website to send you the relevant settings by SMS - it's free, and saves a lot of hassle!0

lumia 800 needs manual settings, the sms doesnt work on themDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Yay.. it worked, i went on the orange site and within 10mins I had the blasted thing working... thank you so much... i am a happy bunny now.. x:j0
