Hi I have a bt land line with anytime calls and o2 unlimited broadband. I'm looking to move from o2 as I don't want to join sky. Have looked at plusnet and like the fact that they have uk based call centers, but I'm worried that if I swap to them like so many appear to be doing their service may decline and I will regret it. I've always stayed with bt for the phone because any faults seem to be dealt with quicker.
So far I've spoken to BT who say the best deals are online. If I just keep the phone with them then they will give me a £3 discount p/mth
o2 Have offered free broadband for 6mths, which would buy me time to maybe get a deal just before christmas.
Any tips or advice would be appreciated as I really need to keep costs down due to possible financial crisis in September and don't really want to commit to an 18mth contract unless it's unmissable.
Thanks in advance:)
